It's Gold at the National Concert Band Festival!

On 16th March the band took a trip to the festival which was held in Warwick and once again came away with a top award from the adjudicators.

With an exciting and varied program under the direction of John Turnbull that comprised the opening "Concert Prelude", a superb solo in Gerry Rafferty's "Baker Street" from saxophonist Sarah, the moving "Irish Blessing" led by a quartet of Diane, Helen, Ben and Graham and finishing off with the rousing "Prismatic Light".
